Since joining the Outlaws, I've seen that happen firsthand with Eli. Coaching & Positivity - The coaching staff is outstanding. They push the players to improve while staying positive and supportive. Eli comes home feeling encouraged, motivated, and proud of himself-he knows his coaches believe in him, and that matters so much at this age.
