Position: Founder & Head Coach
Coaching Experience / Certifications: Over 10 years

Bio: Edgar is the founder of NWR Outlaws and has been coaching youth soccer for over eight years. He currently leads the U9, U12, and U13 teams, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to both training and personal development. Jeremy Thornock

Position:Assistant Coach
Coaching Experience / Certifications:Over 3 years
Teams Coached:U12, U13
Bio: Jeremy has been coaching with NWR Outlaws for the past two years and brings several additional years of coaching experience from the basketball court. He currently works with the U12–U13 teams and holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching Certification. Since 2009, Jeremy has worked closely with youth in both professional and community settings, supporting their development through mentorship, structure, and consistency. Taylee McFarland

Teams Coached:U9
Bio:Taylee brings both playing and coaching experience to NWR Outlaws, with over 11 years on the field and three years of coaching under her belt. She currently works with the U9 team and holds a U.S. Soccer 11v11 license. Her love for soccer started early, and now she channels that passion into helping young players fall in love with the game, too. Monica Huggins

Bio: Monica has been part of NWR Outlaws since day one and has been supporting the team in countless ways for over four years. She manages everything from UYSA registration to scheduling fields and referees, registering for tournaments and indoor leagues, and keeping communication flowing between coaches, parents, and players. Jodi Thornock

Position: Club Operations Director
Bio: Jodi has been with NWR Outlaws since day one and has played a key role in shaping both the heart and structure of the club over the past four years. Like many parents, she started out on the sidelines — watching, learning, and observing how different coaches interacted with their teams. What she saw stuck with her: too often, coaches led with fear, pressure, and yelling. It didn’t sit right. Since joining the Outlaws, I've seen that happen firsthand with Eli. Coaching & Positivity - The coaching staff is outstanding. They push the players to improve while staying positive and supportive. Eli comes home feeling encouraged, motivated, and proud of himself-he knows his coaches believe in him, and that matters so much at this age.
