Event: Outlaws Footy Fright Night
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration for my child’s participation in Outlaws Footy Fright Night, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree as follows:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in soccer and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to collisions, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, or equipment. I voluntarily assume all such risks for my child.
Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs, executors, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless NWR Outlaws Futbol Club LLC, its owners, officers, managers, administrators, coaches, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or expenses arising from my child’s participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
No Liability Outside Event Activities: I understand and agree that NWR Outlaws Futbol Club LLC and its representatives assume no responsibility or liability for my child before check-in, after dismissal, or at any other time outside of the organized, supervised event activities.
Medical Authorization: In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Outlaws Futbol Club staff or volunteers to obtain medical treatment for my child. I accept full financial responsibility for any related costs.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend NWR Outlaws Futbol Club LLC, its owners, officers, managers, administrators, coaches, employees, volunteers, and representatives against any and all claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my child’s participation in the event.
Media Release: I grant permission for NWR Outlaws Futbol Club LLC to photograph, video record, and/or use my child’s image, likeness, and name in promotional materials, social media, and publications without compensation.
Acknowledgment of Rules: I understand my child must follow all rules and instructions given by Outlaws FC staff and coaches. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without compensation.
Binding Effect: I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant. I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release. This agreement is binding upon me, my child, and our heirs, executors, and assigns.
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Participant Waiver & Release of Liability.
